Catalyst Experiential is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our development team as we expand throughout the East Coast. Working from our headquarters in Newtown Square, PA the Construction Project Manager’s role will be to supervise and complete our pipeline of upcoming innovative ground-up construction projects.

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Provide overall management of each project from construction planning, bid solicitation, vendor selection and management through completion
• Oversight of the construction activities to ensure it is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule
• Manage RFP process to ensure multiple bids are received for each scope of work
• Value engineer through-out the build cycle
• Coordinate with architectural, electrical, structural and other design professionals involved with the project
• Conduct project meetings, and set milestones
• Establish job processes (RFI’s, submittals, and pay applications)
• Oversee that all safety precautions and high-quality standards are met
• Maintain folder structure & document control (confirm that all project docs have been collected i.e., bonds, insurance, subcontract signed and fully executed contracts as applicable, project specs, safety plans, warranties & user manuals

Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other related discipline
• 5+ years relevant experience
• CCM Certification a plus
• Experience in multiple disciplines including project management, estimating, pre-construction services, and construction management
• Able to efficiently read, analyze and interpret construction industry and government technical documents, procedures, and regulations
• Strong written, verbal and digital communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must excel in a fast-paced environment with ability to multi-task proficiently
• Must be a self-starter
• Ability to travel and work additional hours when needed to meet business plan goals
• Candidate must also have his or her own source of transportation and a valid driver’s license
